I had a wonderful stay at Intercontinental and I was particularly impressed with the customer service. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate my needs and even gave us a room upgrade as a gesture of goodwill. The hotel facilities were top-notch, especially the outdoor pool which felt like a trip to the coast. The variety of restaurants to choose from was also a highlight. I had a fantastic experience and I highly recommend this hotel.

The location of the hotel is very convenient, as it is situated right next to a tube station, which makes it easy to explore the city. Additionally, it is close to Yifang center, offering plenty of shopping and dining options for guests. Not to forget about the outdoor man-made beach, where guests can relax and enjoy the sunshine.
The hotel lacks accessibility for those with physical handicaps. The facilities and amenities are not accommodating enough for guests with mobility challenges, making it difficult for them to navigate through the hotel and enjoy their stay fully.

The bed sheets were clean, and the breakfast was acceptable. The location is convenient to plenty of shops and restaurants. I loved the view from the room! It was definitely worth the extra money for a view of the city lights at night.
The staff was not very friendly, and it was difficult to communicate. They did not seem to understand English very well.
